BATTERMIXES
Our battermixes come in a wide range of types, e.g. homemade-style batter mix, as well as special battermixes for chicken breast filets, schnitzel, fish filets, cheese or vegetables. Our battermixes are available seasoned or with neutral taste. Also available ALLERGEN-FREE.
PREDUST
Our predust products can be used wherever necessary.
BREADER / BREADCRUMBS / PANDORA CRUMBS®
Our breadcrumbs are available in a wide range of varieties. Traditional, fine or coarse, with or without herbs and spices or even “Japanese style”. A selection of breadcrumbs is also available GLUTEN-FREE and ALLERGEN-FREE.
GLAZES
Glazes are used, e.g. for chips, cheese, fish or vegetables.
BATTER MIXES / TEMPURA
Batter mixes / Tempura can be used for almost all substrates and preparation types. One-stage or two-stage systems are available as well as seasoned or neutral batter mixes.
