Our food technologists and technicans benefit from more than 25 years’ of experience in the food industry. Our approach is customer-oriented and we develop tailor-made systems. In our own laboratory, we identify trends and experiment with new systems. We exclusively use high-quality raw materials from around the world.

It is our goal to keep our product solutions at the cutting edge. We consider not only changing legislation or availability on the world market, but we also pay particular attention to naturally available raw materials. We also keep an eye on economic and environmental issues such as the cost of raw materials and the sustainable extraction of raw materials. If required, we also optimize the processes of our customers and make recommendations regarding optimal production machinery and equipment.

We provide advice to our customers and accompany projects and modifications directly on-site. We take advantage of years’ worth of experience with production equipment and are happy to share our expertise.

We offer our customers technical advice in the application of our products and support them with regard to necessary machinery and equipment. We carry out product optimizations, so that these are suitable for the existing equipment.

We pay particular attention to the issue of product quality and safety. We have the highest hygiene and safety standards at our production site. We select our suppliers according to strict criteria and only purchase high-quality raw materials. We also select our employees carefully. Most of our staff benefit from previous experience in the food industry. They are highly trained and responsible with regard to food hygiene and safety.

We have a well-organized and flexible samples department. We are able to implement customer enquiries on product development and optimization promptly. A high level of product quality and safety is also a priority here.

With our complete solutions, we can offer our customers cost and time savings. The functionality in the production of food products is provided entirely by JW Food Systems. In this way, inaccuracies in weighing of different components can be avoided and storage costs are minimized due to the use of a single product. The buying of individual raw material components is also decreased.
